Cancellation Policy: 

Furniture Cancellations:
• Once a furniture order has been processed, it is extremely difficult to cancel the shipping in process.  We strongly discourage any cancellations.
• Orders that are cancelled will be refunded the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs.  Since our furniture products are offered with free shipping, please be aware that when you return a furniture product, our actual outbound shipping & handling costs will still be deducted from your refund.
• You must request written confirmation for order cancellations.  The order cancellation must be confirmed by one of our staff at the time the order is cancelled.  This will reduce errors from occurring that could cause charges to occur.

Returns Policy:
Merchandise refused or returned for any reason requires an RA (Return Authorization) number from Five Stars Mart.  FiveStarsMart@comcast.net  520-578-1092.  Because of the cost of shipping furniture, the return policy for cribs, changing dressers, and changing tables is different from other items.  Free shipping of furniture is for curbside delivery only.

Furniture Returns:
• Furniture can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs.  Since our furniture products are offered with free shipping, please be aware that when you return a furniture product, our actual outbound shipping & handling costs will still be deducted from your refund.
• Refused furniture orders will be considered the same as cancelled and the refund will be the Purchase price excluding any shipping & handling fees.
• We take special care in preparing furniture orders for delivery.  This includes a solid hardwood pallet, stretch wrap, plastic banding, and additional packaging when needed.  Our damage rate is extremely low due to the special packing. 
• Before unpacking your delivery, carefully examine the packaging.  If there is any damage to the package, make a note in detail on the bill of lading.  If at all possible, take a picture of the damage.  We suggest you call Customer Service at 520-578-1092, if you are aware that the package is damaged.

Crib Mattresses Returns:
We cannot accept returns on any used crib mattress other than for manufacturer defects: see warranties.  Unused mattresses can be returned under the 30-day money back guarantee.

Baby Sleepwear, Baby Bedding, and Baby Blankets Returns:
• We cannot accept returns on any used products.  See warranties.
• On bedding and baby items that are unused and unopened, we can accept returns within 30 days from when you received the product.  Once we have received the item, we will refund you the cost of the product.  Shipping is not refundable.  
• On any opened and unused items, we will accept returns within 30 days from when you received the product.  Once we have received the item, we will refund you the cost of the product minus a 25% restocking fee.  Shipping fees are not refundable.

Damaged Goods Policy:

Damaged Furniture:

Damaged Crib Mattresses, Baby Bedding, Baby Blankets, and Baby Sleepwear:
We accept any defective or damaged items. We will pay Standard UPS shipping fees for you to return these items.  We recommend that if the package is damaged, you indicate that the product might be damaged next to your signature when you sign for the package.  If possible keep the damaged packaging.

Warranties Policy:

 

Furniture Warranty:
Furniture is warranted against defects in material or workmanship for one year.  Returns or replacements are processed under our Returns Policy and require an RA (Return Authorization) number from Five Stars Mart.

Crib Mattresses Warranty:
Warranty Term: 5 years non-prorated, 10 year prorated.  If a defect that is covered by this warranty is discovered during the time of warranty, we will repair or replace (at our option) the defective item within a reasonable period of time.  Sleeptek backs up our crib mattress warranty.
In order for your warranty to be valid, you must:
Provide the law label from your product
 Provide a copy of proof of purchase
 Be the original retail purchaser
 Obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number from Five Stars Mart.  Email us at FiveStarsMart@comcast.net or call us at 520-578-1092. 
We reserve the right to refuse service and invalidate this warranty when, upon inspection, the crib mattress is found to be in an unsanitary condition, or when the cause of defect is found to be due to other than defective materials or workmanship.
Your Crib Mattresses is warranted against defects such as:
Stitches pulled out of the quilting
Body indentations of 1.5" or greater
Excessively lumpy feeling
Items not covered by crib mattress warranty:
Stains, soiling, or burns
Damage caused by moving
Transportation Costs
Comfort preference
Sheet fit
Damage due to abuse
Structural damage due to improper bed frame

Backorder Policy:
We will notify you of any items on backorder so you can choose to:
1. Accept the back order, or
2. Select a replacement item, or
3. Remove the item from your order.

Shipping Policies:
• Free Shipping on any orders over $150.00 or more. 
• Free shipping of furniture is for curbside delivery only.
• We offer shipping only to addresses within the Continental United States (excluding Alaska).

Furniture shipping and handling:
Items in stock are normally shipped within 3 business days from when your order is received.  Most orders are shipped using FedEx and shipping times vary depending on your FedEx Zone (1 – 4 days on the truck).  You can expect delivery within 3 – 7 days from the time your order is placed.  Any item that is not “in stock” will be backordered.  We will notify you of any backorder items so you can choose if you want to have the item back ordered, select a replacement item, or remove the item from your order.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, there are occasions when the shipping time will take longer.  This can be due to Holiday mailing traffic, items not in stock, etc.

Baby Bedding, Crib Mattresses, Baby Blankets, and Baby Sleepwear Shipping and handling:
Items in stock usually ship within 3 business days from when we receive your order.  Most orders  ship using UPS.  Shipping times vary depending on your UPS Zone.  Usually you will receive your order within 5 – 10 business days from time of order.  We will notify you of any items on backorder so you can choose to:

2. Select a replacement item, or
3. Remove the item from your order.
