When will my order be shipped?
Baby Cribs, changing dressers, and changing tables usually ship within 3 business days. You can expect delivery within 3 – 7 business days from the time your order is placed.
Baby Bedding, baby blankets, baby sleepwear, and crib mattresses usually ship within 3 business days. Usually you will receive your order within 5 – 10 business days from the time your order is placed.

How do I care for my 100% cotton items?
Cotton is washable and should be dried on a low setting. It is a good idea to read the product label because a particular item may need to be hung or laid flat to dry.

How do I care for my wool items?
Most wool items are hand washable and should be air dried, but not in the sun.
The Wool Comforter needs special cleaning and should never become soaked. You can spot clean the outer layer of the wool comforter by using 7 parts water to 5 parts vinegar. Dampen the spot with the solution trying not to soak the filling. Allow to air dry on a shower rack, or anywhere where it is not in direct sunlight or heat. The wool will shrink and become hard, if it is allowed to dry in direct sunlight or heat. If you are unable to air dry, you can dry the wool comforter in a dryer on the “air” setting, making sure not to over dry. We suggest checking the comforter every 5-10 minutes. We highly recommend using a Duvet Cover to help keep your comforter clean.
Never use regular dry-cleaning methods with the wool comforter! We suggest only having them Naturally Dry Cleaned. Check with your local dry cleaners to see if they offer natural dry cleaning. Natural dry cleaning is a special method used for cleaning without chemicals.

Yes, both cotton and wool will shrink some. It is recommended to take this into consideration when placing your order.
